We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the issue.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare devices cannot be returned.
Refunds will be processed after the claim is reviewed and approved.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
